For the past six-plus years I've driven an end-to-end BA process on AB SKF's (Fortune 500) global SPQ+ platform - workshops, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, use cases, To-Be BPMN and 300+ functional and non-functional specifications giving five teams across 10+ workstreams and 160+ countries build-ready specs that cut rework.

I also build from scratch. I co-owned Booking.dentist, a two-sided B2B/B2C medical-tourism marketplace, from customer discovery and investor pitch through to launch - raising €250 000 in seed funding.   • Sole BA / PO of a two-sided B2B/B2C marketplace across 35+ countries - ran customer discovery with the Mom Test, authored user stories, and mapped complex business rules (booking, cancellation, multi-currency) with visual diagrams and UI mockups, then owned UAT.
  • Built investor pitch decks and led incubator and C-level meetings - securing €250 000 in seed funding on the strength of the business case, KPIs and MVP roadmap.
